Autism Resource Centre Summer Programs
The ARC Summer Program is both goal-oriented and lots of fun! Our young people learn life skills and participate in recreational activities throughout the city. All participants are paired with a trained one-to-one staff person who assists in learning and ensuring children have a safe and positive summer.
The Summer Program runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm through July and August with two age categories: ages 7-12 or 13 and over. Please see the Summer Program Brochure for more information.
The registration date for ARC’s 2017 Summer Program will be announced in the coming months.
YMCA/ARC Inclusion Camp
ARC has a wonderful partnership with the YMCA to offer a fun and exciting inclusive summer experience for those who may not require one-to-one staffing or more intensive support. The YMCA/ARC Inclusion Camp runs for seven weeks through July and August, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please see the YMCA website brochure for more information.
Registration for the YMCA/ARC Inclusion Camp is done through the YMCA beginning in February each year.
